FEES & POLICIES
Fees are all-inclusive and can either be paid upfront for the full year (attracting a 10% discount), or by a monthly payment plan (direct debit). This means there are absolutely no extra costs throughout the year, and you never have to worry about paying large or unpredictable invoices.
The monthly direct debit is charged on the 1st of each month, from February to December. The fee is the same flat rate, regardless of the number of weeks in the month. This includes school holidays, since the payment plan is averaged out over the full year.
All-inclusive fees include: weekly classes, end of year costume, enrolment fee, concert rehearsal fee, achievement book, Presentation Day medal, certificate & report, RAD examination fee, insurance, GST.
Not included: uniform for your chosen class(es). Correct uniform is required for all classes. Most items can be purchased directly from Rain & Lucky. For uniform requirements click here.
You may enrol at any time (provided there is space available in your chosen class), however if enrolling in Term 4, a one-off late-start admin fee of $100 will be charged, to cover the backordering of concert costumes. This does not apply to Level 1 students or adults.

PATHWAY CLASSICAL BALLET EXTENSION PROGRAM
Level 1 (6-8 years): $69 per month
Level 2 (9-12 years): $134 per month
Level 3 (13+ years): $182 per month
The credit card that you have registered on your account will be charged the amount due on your account on the 1st of each month, from February to December only.
Direct debit is the same amount each month regardless of how many classes are in the month. This includes school holidays, since the payment plan is averaged out over the full year.
Direct Debits continue until otherwise advised, in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
One month’s written notice is required to cancel membership or reduce your number of weekly classes. . Additional classes may be added at any time, subject to availability.
There are absolutely no hidden fees or extra processing fees.
If a payment bounces, we will try again to process the payment every three days, in a succession of three repetitions. Continued failed payments may result in you/your child being unable to take class.
All fees are strictly non-refundable.
No refunds are given for classes missed. A maximum of two make-up classes may be taken in the same term, subject to availability - these do not roll over to the next term.
You may update your card and account details at any time through our secure online portal.
